Vegetarian Spring Rolls in Original and Vegetarian Chicken Flavors

Our Vietnamese Vegetarian Spring Roll recipe has been passed down for three generations. We follow the tradition of producing cha gio (rolled filling); in fact, each Spring Roll is delicately hand rolled. The shell is light and crispy, allowing the taste of the wholesome filling to come through. Lucky Foods Spring Rolls are filled with fresh vegetables – cabbage, carrots, onions, and green peas – mixed with bean thread, organic tofu, and our special seasoning.

Available in precooked and fresh frozen.

Precooked: Lucky Foods Spring Rolls are precooked, quick frozen, and packaged to preserve freshness.

Fresh Frozen: In response to customer requests, we now offer Fresh Frozen Vegetarian Spring Rolls (uncooked). Ideal for parties or large gatherings, caterers and delis can easily fry up large batches of fresh rolls.

Packaging: 4 spring rolls per box. Includes Lucky Spring Roll Sauce.

Serving Suggestion: Serve the traditional way by wrapping in your choice of lettuce and herbs, such as cilantro.

Cooking Instructions: Oven/Toaster oven: Preheat Oven/Toaster oven to 375°F. Place Spring rolls on a cookie sheet/foil and heat for 7minutes. Turn rolls once heat 7 minutes again. Heating times may vary depending on oven.
